Pros

The benefits are paid for

Cons

Poor, inexperienced management. Lack of transparency. If you bring any ligitimate concern, suggestion, criticism to the floor manager, you will get stared at blankly and then slandered behind your back. "Leads" instead of motivating and leading, are more concerned with targeting people for their own personal grudges and making it top priority to take them down at any opportunity. The cliques are there and they are toxic as they get. if you're someone who just wants to come in, do your job well, and then go about your life....good luck. They will break you down and gaslight you because they have nothing better to do. Sexual harassment and bullying are common and tolerated. The aforementioned floor manager allows this to happen. Floor manager also employs and protects a registered 1st degree sex offender because they are related. #nepotism#yesthisistrue No room for growth unless you're friends with the right people. Accomplishments will be overlooked and mistakes will be broadcasted. Don't let the free benefits reel you in. There are much better places to work.

Pros

Hybrid, flexible, benefits are through the UK

Cons

Over the years, the company’s culture has steadily declined. What was once a positive and collaborative environment has shifted into one that appears to tolerate unprofessional behavior, reward favoritism, and lack strong leadership by example. Employees do not feel safe voicing concerns, even when those concerns are presented constructively with potential solutions. This has created a culture where open communication is discouraged rather than supported. There are also significant concerns regarding sales management. Leadership behaviors and work ethic at times fall short of expectations, with managers assigning responsibilities outside of employees’ defined roles, offering limited coaching, and not consistently demonstrating accountability. In some cases, work completed by team members is not appropriately recognized. Accountability overall appears to be lacking. Employees are frequently left feeling undervalued, which has contributed to low morale. While the organization promotes a commitment to work-life balance and a people-first (“keep it human”) culture, these values do not always align with the day-to-day employee experience. As a result, the company has experienced the loss of highly skilled and talented sales professionals. Recent organizational changes, including significant layoffs and the transition of roles to lower-cost regions, have further impacted trust. This has been particularly challenging given prior reassurances about job security. At this point, the organization has lost credibility with many employees due to these inconsistencies and decisions.
