Pros

- Good work/life balance - Creative work environment - Hybrid working with 2 days in office - Very casual dress and work environment - Great vacation time and holidays - Good health benefits (MOO pays the premiums) - What feels like an open, understanding culture - Feels accepting of people regardless of background- diversity feels prioritized

Cons

- Unexpected lay-offs and people being "managed out" is extremely common, and management will let people go right before terms require paying severance - Teams are constantly being restructured and then restructured again after things get settled- it seems like they are always using team structure or specific employees as scapegoats for low performance, when the real issue is that MOO has a limited product line in a dying industry - Many of the employees who are laid off happen to have been on a medical leave not long ago - Pay is well below market rate, especially for UK employees - This is a company where the CEO gives demands, and they are performed regardless of whether they make sense from a performance/data perspective

Pros

Hybrid, flexible, benefits are through the UK

Cons

Over the years, the company’s culture has steadily declined. What was once a positive and collaborative environment has shifted into one that appears to tolerate unprofessional behavior, reward favoritism, and lack strong leadership by example. Employees do not feel safe voicing concerns, even when those concerns are presented constructively with potential solutions. This has created a culture where open communication is discouraged rather than supported. There are also significant concerns regarding sales management. Leadership behaviors and work ethic at times fall short of expectations, with managers assigning responsibilities outside of employees’ defined roles, offering limited coaching, and not consistently demonstrating accountability. In some cases, work completed by team members is not appropriately recognized. Accountability overall appears to be lacking. Employees are frequently left feeling undervalued, which has contributed to low morale. While the organization promotes a commitment to work-life balance and a people-first (“keep it human”) culture, these values do not always align with the day-to-day employee experience. As a result, the company has experienced the loss of highly skilled and talented sales professionals. Recent organizational changes, including significant layoffs and the transition of roles to lower-cost regions, have further impacted trust. This has been particularly challenging given prior reassurances about job security. At this point, the organization has lost credibility with many employees due to these inconsistencies and decisions.
