Fortunate to have a manager that goes above and beyond to be present and reach out constantly to the team for feedback and checking in on us to be sure we have what support we need. Leadership at the company is very much a part of the team, also very present. Transparency and honesty are encouraged all around within the teams and to our clients and candidates. As with many staffing and recruiting roles, timelines and hiring decisions are often dependent on client needs and federal funding approvals. This can occasionally lead to delays in candidate feedback, making transparency and consistent communication throughout the recruiting process especially important. We always encourage candidates to stay in contact for updates and status changes. Like any role, there can be occasional frustrations and challenges. However, learning how to adapt, communicate effectively when support is needed, and lean on colleagues for assistance has been key to overcoming those challenges and maintaining a positive work environment.
