Fortunate to have a manager that goes above and beyond to be present and reach out constantly to the team for feedback and checking in on us to be sure we have what support we need. As with many staffing and recruiting roles, timelines and hiring decisions are often dependent on client needs and federal funding approvals. This can occasionally lead to delays in candidate feedback, making transparency and consistent communication throughout the recruiting process especially important. We always encourage candidates to stay in contact for updates and status changes. Like any role, there can be occasional frustrations and challenges.
