For MPS Dehradun: They have talent but don't use them. Good crowd and building but still useless

Cons

No management Support No Canteen for employees No respect of employees Very Poor salary Caste-ism partiality in management No support for anyone in need Worst place ever worked Heavy jobs but no salary Daily 3 hours overtime is necessary No restroom No cleanliness

Pros

Remote work setup is fine

Cons

Pay is very low for the expected workload. Management either doesn't know what they are doing or is purposely sinking the companies that they acquire, or maybe both. Makes drastic changes without even minimal communication or preparation for what comes next.
