Pros
None. All Negatives. No Positives
Cons
I want to share this so future candidates, especially those considering leadership roles, go in with eyes open. The leadership churn at this company should be a red flag on its own, multiple senior leaders (COO, Company Secretary, and two Chief People Officers within about a year) have exited in quick succession. This is what as available in public domain, apart from this more than 10 senior leadership were fired overnight. When you experience the culture, the reason becomes clear. In my experience, the CEO's management style follows a pattern: In the first month, you're told repeatedly that you "don't know anything" and reminded whose company this is. By the second month, the tone shifts to shouting and public dressing-down. By the third month, you're made to feel like a fool to the point where you start doubting your own competence and judgment. This isn't occasional friction- it felt like a deliberate pattern that wears down your confidence and morale over time. If you're evaluating this company, especially for a leadership position, I'd strongly encourage you to ask current and former employees directly about their experience with senior leadership before accepting an offer.
