Good company in terms of salary Less work

Cons

Not have much work to grow for career. No Vision for the company Only Depend on BPO work. Only one or two products All in JAVA. Don;t have work in other technologies.

Pros

Remote work setup is fine

Cons

Pay is very low for the expected workload. Management either doesn't know what they are doing or is purposely sinking the companies that they acquire, or maybe both. Makes drastic changes without even minimal communication or preparation for what comes next.
