1. Flexibility in everything 2. Transparency 3. Most of the employees' needs and requirements are taken care of by the management 4. Good and flexible timings 5. Management and senior officials are helpful, understanding and friendly

Cons

1. Low package 2. No good cafeteria 3. No proper ventilation 4. Restroom is bad

Pros

Remote work setup is fine

Cons

Pay is very low for the expected workload. Management either doesn't know what they are doing or is purposely sinking the companies that they acquire, or maybe both. Makes drastic changes without even minimal communication or preparation for what comes next.
