Cake work. Do what you you're told and that's all that's expected from you. If you do more than what is asked of you, no one will notice nor will it be any beneficial to you.
Cons
Pay! Time clock management. Any respectable company would not treat their office staff like children by having them punch a clock 4 times a day (in, out, lunch in, lunch out).
