      The people are very nice.

      Cons

      This is the worst run company I have ever been part of. They treat employees like contractors, no department guidance, no company communication, and when the projects dry out, so does the position. Definitely a HUGE mis-step.

      Remote work setup is fine

      Cons

      Pay is very low for the expected workload. Management either doesn't know what they are doing or is purposely sinking the companies that they acquire, or maybe both. Makes drastic changes without even minimal communication or preparation for what comes next.
