Pros

Some friendly people in the organization.

Cons

No hands on training, all video modules. Layoffs constantly. Cut pay for current employees. Cut Presidents Club for 2025 because the company hasn’t been profitable for 5+ years. Manager was terrible. Very tight nit culture and it was hard to fit in, or feel appreciated. No growth opportunities. They expect sales to stock vending machine. They expect you to work 10 hours a day as well. No work life balance.

Pros

Salary is good, office is nice

Cons

MSC has a new CEO and several external executive leaders who have joined the organization with a clear vision to transform the business. The people are genuinely good and committed, but many of the company’s systems, distribution processes, and technology are significantly outdated. The company recognizes the need for transformation, which is why it has brought in experienced external leadership. However, there appears to be a gap between the transformation vision and the level of investment required to execute it. Large-scale initiatives often face resource and funding constraints, making it difficult to move at the pace needed
