Pros

good products, good potential.

Cons

top management totally incompetent, only good at spending money on their own expenses, salaries, friends, travels, etc. Salaries, except if you reach the top level (ie minimum VP), are far below the reasonable considering what is expected from you. And you can easily get fired... Don't spend your time here.

Pros

I like the staff culture, and employee events. Overall I felt supported by higher management.

Cons

The work atmosphere can feel chaotic during product releases. Occasionally the pressure of closing certain sales leads was unreasonable.
