Pros

My direct manager was most excellent, I dearly miss him and working for him. I am confident that STG and Dominic will be good for MSC in the long-run, they have a long-term, not Wall Street-based vision.

Cons

Not much sense of adventure or greater purpose.

Pros

I like the staff culture, and employee events. Overall I felt supported by higher management.

Cons

The work atmosphere can feel chaotic during product releases. Occasionally the pressure of closing certain sales leads was unreasonable.
