- competitive work environment, keeps you on toes with new technology and domain knowledge - meritocracy culture, employees delivering the work are suitably compensated - learning fintech is fun, lots of domain knowledge can be gained if interested - above market salary and annual bonus - very efficient and knowledgeable upper management and has good domain knowledge
Cons
- international movement not supported - lack of informal activities, and non participation of employees in whatever activities were arranged - work like balance can be a little concern for some in some teams due to nature of work
