      Pros

      Mostly good team and colleagues. Everyone is kind and nice, no unnecessary drama.

      Cons

      Big restructure causing a lot of movements. Also bad experience with some of higher management, terrible mishandling of manpower, and putting people in high places when they shouldn't be.

      Great team to work and grow with, also good learning enviroment

      Cons

      My entry time was not the best timing, during the middle of the war wirh Iran, so work was slow and over 200 people from that site were let go, including myself
