      decent benefits and package high standards of work and good experience to be gained great lean six sigma focus good reputation

      poor career planning in manufacturing no job rotation possibilities flexibility and overtime are expected when job pressure requires. this affects work/life balance

      Great team to work and grow with, also good learning enviroment

      Cons

      My entry time was not the best timing, during the middle of the war wirh Iran, so work was slow and over 200 people from that site were let go, including myself
