Pros

Good Pay, Flex Hours, product has good reputation in industry

Cons

This company is not about customer service or employees no matter what is said. It is about bonus to upper management. Policy policy policy is pushed over servicing the customer. Hiring practice and management has pushed an "its not my job" atmosphere. Response time from departments is poor. Employees care and have good ideas, but Mgt look at it as 'complaining'.

Poor executive leadership, toxic behavior in leaders never gets addressed or fixed, complaints to HR get ignored, favoritism, sales leader is driving culture to rock bottom,
