Toxic Environment - Anonymous employee MTE Employee Review

Inappropriate people are in control of areas outside of their specialties. This has caused a huge conflict of interest and has resulted in SOX violations. MTE is a CYA company; if you are not careful you will become a scape goat for another employee looking to move up in the company. There are no opportunities for growth unless a formal complaint is filed against you. Management says they value customer service and teamwork but has created a silo environment that punishes you for talking to other departments. Turnover rate is extremely high due to Management.
