New hire pay is 15/hr. 8 hour shifts receive two 15 minute paid breaks, 30 minute unpaid lunch. 10 hr shifts receive the same. Small workout room for employee use.

Not paid by skill or performance, no motivation. No recognition. Extremely stressful job. Training is horrid as well as communication. Employeed here for 5 plus years but looking for new employment due to recent changes. New hires are paid the same as someone who has more duties. MTM realigned in October, the department I was promoted to MTM is attempting to make obsolete . The job description that was signed by all employees is pretty much fraudulent for these departments because we do so much more and are no longer paid for it. 6k a year paycut. These departments did not receive a raise to compensate for our skills, responsibilities etc. Loyalty, work ethic, high performance means NOTHING to MTM. Constantly fixing errors made by new hires to reduce cost, and complaints but not paid for it. No raises for employees who are capped out. Currently work under a supervisor who has not been trained for the duties I perform. FORCED to work during meetings that are documented where we are supppose to receive feedback on performance but since I am part of the operations department we have too much work to do, that we do not get paid for. If you use any type of nicotine MTM charges an additional $50 /month in addition to the 23.08 per check that the health plan charges. MTM offers one class to assist in quitting smoking but not to assist in quitting nicotine. Insurance is unaffordable any longer. MTM use to be a great place, sadly it's horrid there now. No advancement or opportunity for an advancement.
