The first few months, I was treated in an amazing manner. I felt respected and valued. Then times grew tough...
Cons
Once times got hard, the hammer came down. Those who "knew" someone were safe, others left to sink or swim. I chose an alternative... I flew away. The HR department really needs to remember the HUMAN part of HR and know what they are doing is hurtful. Value your employees and you will have a higher retention rate.
