Pros
Good health insurance and wellness program, they really want to help the employees become increasingly healthy through diet, activities and promotions. Management was always willing to listen to any employees ideas about increasing efficiency, reduce waste. The company was rapidly expanding to markets all across the country.
Cons
Dealing with the "clients" can be challenging as you must always be professional, polite and understanding while assisting; higher percentage than there should be in my opinion, very difficult people. As the company expanded parking spaces became more and more difficult to find, if you didn't start in the early morning hours you where going to have to park in the axillary lot and take the shuttle but they where going to take measures improve the situation. As the company grew it felt more and more difficult to advance to high paying jobs without holding a degree.
