The products are very interesting and the individual contributors want to make things better
Cons
Management is aggressively unhelpful and seems to actively not care about the people doing the work. The leadership in operations in particular only care about telling the people above them what they want to hear, not actually improve anything. There isn't a clear path for career advancement.
