Pros
Customer new projects are great and growing! With the economy still bad for so many people, it is wonderful to have so much to do, and the projects are more exciting than ever. Having been an engineer at MTS for a while (!), I never get tired of the projects. The customers and the engineers I get to work with every day make it fun to get up in the morning.
Cons
Too many tasks make it hard to feel like you are doing your job well. We have a lot of new engineers being hired, but it takes a while to get them up to speed. I see improvements every month now. Needs to keep going.
