Pros
The total benefits package is superb. The matching 401K, Employee Owned Stock and Bonuses are the best I have seen from all the contractor support companies I have worked for. Also, whenever I am reaching back to corporate from customer location (since I am not in the main facility), I am always able to get help easily and quickly. It is really great to have that kind of confidence in the corporate and support team since I spend most of my time focusing on the customer and their mission.
Cons
They have gotten a little to "hands-on" with the customer instead of letting the folks on the ground execute and interact primarily. I understand that it can be hard not to get involved.
