Not terrible - Plumber MTech Mechanical Employee Review

They treat you like family and everyone from your immediate mananager to the owner himself takes a genuine interest in you as a more than just an employee, but rather than an actual person who they take and make the time to get to know. One of the best companies ive ever worked for, hands down.

Nothing that I can think of.

Large projects, hard to get fired, lots of work

Pay doesn't match workload, safety issues with on call work, some techs would be working 90 hours in a week, that alone doesn't make safe driving. High risk exposure. They talk safety but unless they are being watched, they will exploit staff, a history of getting people hurt.
