      Pros

      The Pay was ok and decent, 401K and Pension is very good.

      Cons

      Too many Managers and Leads, Several leaders for 1 person. If you go against the status quo and don't suck up to management, you will be fired. In office requirement is unnecessary when all of the work is conducted on the Laptop. Not to mention, you are monitored by scans when you go to a location. Micromanagement. Additionally, the same narrative of "we are doing record breaking numbers in profit," Yet they consistently lay off yearly.
