      Good people. Freedom to challenge things and contribute in different ways. Fantastic manager who was very secure in their skills and did not micro manage

      Cons

      Technology was outdated. Struggled to keep up with regulatory environment. Senior mgmt not particularly inspiring.

      - not enough training, have to find resources yourself - not enough career progression in the bank for back office roles - doing work that sometimes isn't useful - old technology - AVP's doing VP work because of layoffs to save money
