      Pros

      Very large institution, with strong balance sheet and capacity. Good, smart people. Institution in the US is in growth mode which is nice and refreshing.

      Cons

      Bureaucratic, although no more so than other large institutions. It is not a cutting edge shop; will do interesting transactions but is slow in adopting to new concepts.

      - Learning - Networking - Great & Friendly people

      Cons

      - not enough training, have to find resources yourself - not enough career progression in the bank for back office roles - doing work that sometimes isn't useful - old technology - AVP's doing VP work because of layoffs to save money
