Pros
- Good canteen. - Varied departments if you wanted to move. - Fairly good opportunity to work abroad (after 3 years you can do a year abroad, but then have to stay for 2 years after).
Cons
- Awful systems, they use about 100 different ones and none of them are integrated. - Painfully bureaucratic, takes months but often years to get any processes or procedures changed - Ridiculous mentality with regards to staying late, i.e. most people stay until 8pm but don’t actually get anything done. - Poor progression up the ladder.
