      The environment is very open and friendly. You never have to be scared to ask a question about anything. Everyone is willing to help you in anyway possible.

      Cons

      The base salary is very low. The pay is not enough for the work load that is placed on the employees working there.

      Cons

      - not enough training, have to find resources yourself - not enough career progression in the bank for back office roles - doing work that sometimes isn't useful - old technology - AVP's doing VP work because of layoffs to save money
