Lack of Direction, Toxic Environment and Culture - Vice President MUFG Employee Review

Bureaucracy and petty office politics abound. Truly your career rests on what side of the fence you are on in relation to inter team politics. Company is too clunky and haphazard to do anything right, and its so called agile transformation is a sham for management to stick around and would ultimately leave in couple of years (which appears to be the trend), it is a constant management revolving door. Incompetent and old school middle management are not effective and lacks the acumen in implementing the direction of business transformation. I will not advice to join this company in the current state, perhaps it may change in the future.
