      Diversity, Inclusion, Equity was good prior to sale of Union Bank. They are willing to pay over the 155,000 if you have the right experience.

      Cons

      IT is a train wreck. Leadership is absent. Operations are good but nothing with IT. They are triaging significantly high attrition. New faces are poorly trained if trained at all. Most people in IT have less than 3 years experience there.
