Pros

The people are very friendly and care about the mission to support and serve communities. Additionally the benefits are fantastic and a major contributor to retention.

Cons

RTO has certainly impacted company moral in addition to the multiple rounds of layoffs that have left the survivors with guilt and more hats to stack. Employees are stretched thin with no authority, but bear all the responsibility and risk. What worries me most is the lack of direction from leadership. There are major flaws in the business strategy, one glaring issue that stands out, there are no stable processes. I have repeatedly seen processes shake up every six months, teams be laid off, and then new inside perspective brought in. Without this focus, staff has lost vision in the work and change fatigue sets in.

Pros

Good PTO and leave benefits

Cons

It used to be a good company, the culture took a turn for the worse after 2024. Constant reorgs, lay offs (if your manager does not like you), no clarity, no work life balance. They fired good people, who were really hard working and did good for the company. So much politics at senior levels.
