I came here looking for better balance and I genuinely got it. I’m not working myself into the ground like I did in other clinics. The culture is supportive and the clinical team has your back. I don’t feel like I’m carrying everything alone, and it’s nice not having someone hovering over every decision.

Busy shifts happen and can feel long when volume spikes.

Ability to earn bonus money every payday through perfect attendance and scheduling. Company will provide training, not much experience needed.

Long workdays 12+ hours. No official lunch break. High staff turnover. Not much consistency with how various clinics are managed and how daily tasks are completed.
