It's getting better - Hub MYND Employee Review

There has been a push in recent months to address the dissatisfaction that had been starting to tarnish some of the goodwill they had. The CEO has started doing this (possibly monthly) ask me anything hour. That meant a lot to me. Some of the anonymous questions are hard. He has also started a leadership development group that is open to anyone. It had a rocky start but seems to be getting it's sea legs now. We still have free lunches twice a week which is nice, a ThrivePass allotment, and good benefits. I'm hoping that some of these pushes will translate into higher wages.
