Pros
Food provided, some good souls working
Cons
Where to start: company touts that they are in the “shelter” business when really it was created to manage the CEO’s many properties and make him money. Super high turnover due to lack of training and employee support. Complete lack of boundaries (expect to be contacted at all hours and on any time you may be taking off - sick or vacation) and work life balance for anyone but upper management. Ridiculous expectations without proper compensation. Truly a company run by the 1% entitled elitists who could care less about whether you make rent or feed your kid because they’ve had a silver spoon in their mouthes their entire lives. Not to mention they don’t care about the renters as long as the property owners make money and will throw grandma out on the street during a pandemic and enable slum lords. I’ve seen some ethically questionable things done by management without them batting an eye. Also, they espouse “equity” but only if you’re white and preferably athletic and attractive. This was hands down the worst job I’ve ever had.
