To many Meetings, we have a lot to do most of the time in the meetings everyone is working and not giving their full attention. I think 1:1 should be biweekly unless there is an issue and needed or the employee is new and needs the training still. Still having growing pain to be expected for a new company. If you do not do well in an ever changing environment this is not the place for you
