“Company Doesn't Value It's Employees” - Management MYND Employee Review

Pros

Ability to work remotely from home

Cons

Because it's remote, they expect you to work an insane amount of hours - no work life balance. They have had mass layoffs twice because of the companies inability to manage money. They excessively hire when they don't have the work to balance it out, then hire people with no experience and you end up doing twice the work. Mass Layoffs happen with no notice. You find out by not being able to login. If you are on maternity leave (FMLA - which it's illegal to lay someone off - they still do it). Once you are laid off, don't expect to have anyone respond to email or phone calls. Numerous people have also confirmed they are trying to get employment referrals and Mynd is refusing to do so. It is extremely unprofessional to lay off hardworking employees and then not assist them with referrals when they have no work because of the inexperience of this company. Do not walk. Run. They are making current employees leave positive reviews.

Pros

Very flexible and willing to work with you for scheduling around family issues. Pay is good for what I do and they prefer to hire from within prior to hiring external candidates.

Cons

The workload can get to be a bit much, no shortage of work to go around. Not really a con, but it is the only thing I could think of.
