Senior management cannot be trusted. Zero ethics or integrity. Gas lighting. Lying. No diversity and no promotion opportunities; Especially for female minorities. Major company decisions effecting PM’s and their licenses are made by unlicensed leadership in various departments that know nothing about Texas Property Code or TREC laws. No Texas broker involvement. The listed broker for Texas is a sales agent for the company . He doesn’t even work in the same department. You’ll never see him or speak to him. He has no idea what is happening under his license. Yet he’s ’signing’ all the leases and Responsible for all the decisions that are being made. No idea how the multiple lawsuits have stayed under the radar. No one wants to hang their license under Mynd. Just look at the size of the company and compare it to how many agents are listed under Mynd on TREC. People with integrity, who actually care, are either let go or literally forced to quit / constructive discharge, because the insecure backstabbing liars with zero ethics or integrity keep getting promoted as people managers.
