Pros

*Great Co-Workers - Everyone has a very strong team attitude. There is family feel to the office. Everyone teases and jokes around with each other. *Strong Work Ethic/Community - Everyone pulls their own weight and also pitches in when someone else needs help. *Opportunities to Learn New Things - Everyone here loves to share their knowledge. All you have to do is ask. In addition to wealth of knowledge available in the office, I've gotten to take a few training classes, leadership classes and online courses. The company also has a tuition reimbursement program. *Opportunities for Promotions / New Positions - Over the past almost 12 years, I've held a variety of positions, and learned so many new skills. If you try to be open to new new opportunities, easy to get along with and to do your best work every day, there will be no limits for you other than time (sometimes you have to wait for a new position to open up). *Amazing Health Benefits - Seriously, my family and friends are jealous.

Cons

Every company has its ups and downs, but I've have a lot more ups here. Almost every con I can think of could have been remedied by me. Everyone has to advocate for him or herself. This is a busy, fast paced environment, so you can't just hope that your problem gets noticed. Speak up!

Pros

Coworkers were great and teamwork was real here. Management was too, and promoted growth within the team.

Cons

Work level in the industry wasn't really consistent, the busy periods had us overloaded for the team size.

Pros

They try and make it a better environment by “feeding” staff but are lacking in actual professionalism.

Cons

I initially had a positive experience with this company. The hybrid work environment provided flexibility and showed trust in employees to manage their responsibilities effectively. Unfortunately, that changed when the company moved to a full-time in-office requirement. The decision felt disconnected from the realities of different roles within the organization. Comparing office-based employees to field employees, whose job functions require them to be on-site, does not recognize the differences in how work is performed and how productivity is measured. Over time, I also experienced concerns with leadership and company culture. Communication from management often felt inconsistent, and there were concerns around professionalism, confidentiality, and workplace dynamics. A strong culture requires leaders who model respect, discretion, and accountability. The company has talented employees who care about their work, but leadership decisions and management practices have impacted morale. I hope the organization takes employee feedback seriously and works toward rebuilding trust.
