Pros

Over the company is great. amazing benefits, pay, leadership, and over all culture. In 12 years of TA I have never been so happy at a company. 1) Pay and Benefits are truly top of the line. 2) Great Leadership. 3) The company wants to see you grow and spend the time and money to develop you. 4)You have the ability to learn outside of your role if you want to. 5)Big projects given to lowest level team members to run and given the support to do so. 6)Every leader cares deeply about work life balances and pushes it. (Very refreshing)

Cons

All companies have negative parts. Some are worse than others. 1) We are a big company and we at times move slowly. 2)You can feel a little isolated if you support a different vertical.

Pros

Coworkers were great and teamwork was real here. Management was too, and promoted growth within the team.

Cons

Work level in the industry wasn't really consistent, the busy periods had us overloaded for the team size.

Pros

They try and make it a better environment by “feeding” staff but are lacking in actual professionalism.

Cons

I initially had a positive experience with this company. The hybrid work environment provided flexibility and showed trust in employees to manage their responsibilities effectively. Unfortunately, that changed when the company moved to a full-time in-office requirement. The decision felt disconnected from the realities of different roles within the organization. Comparing office-based employees to field employees, whose job functions require them to be on-site, does not recognize the differences in how work is performed and how productivity is measured. Over time, I also experienced concerns with leadership and company culture. Communication from management often felt inconsistent, and there were concerns around professionalism, confidentiality, and workplace dynamics. A strong culture requires leaders who model respect, discretion, and accountability. The company has talented employees who care about their work, but leadership decisions and management practices have impacted morale. I hope the organization takes employee feedback seriously and works toward rebuilding trust.
