Pros

It’s a solid place to work if you’re looking to gain exposure to various aspects of electrical construction. The work itself can be interesting, and there are opportunities to learn if you take the initiative.

Cons

Career growth opportunities are minimal, and management seems disconnected from the everyday challenges employees face. Compensation is below industry standards with little room for advancement. Nepotism is a significant issue—managers often hire friends rather than investing time to understand and develop existing talent.

Pros

Coworkers were great and teamwork was real here. Management was too, and promoted growth within the team.

Cons

Work level in the industry wasn't really consistent, the busy periods had us overloaded for the team size.

Pros

They try and make it a better environment by “feeding” staff but are lacking in actual professionalism.

Cons

I initially had a positive experience with this company. The hybrid work environment provided flexibility and showed trust in employees to manage their responsibilities effectively. Unfortunately, that changed when the company moved to a full-time in-office requirement. The decision felt disconnected from the realities of different roles within the organization. Comparing office-based employees to field employees, whose job functions require them to be on-site, does not recognize the differences in how work is performed and how productivity is measured. Over time, I also experienced concerns with leadership and company culture. Communication from management often felt inconsistent, and there were concerns around professionalism, confidentiality, and workplace dynamics. A strong culture requires leaders who model respect, discretion, and accountability. The company has talented employees who care about their work, but leadership decisions and management practices have impacted morale. I hope the organization takes employee feedback seriously and works toward rebuilding trust.
