Pros
Great staff and rapidly growing company. Lots of in-house talent, very aggressive acquisitions and bold long term portfolio, potential for huge long-term gains. The founders are very involved in the day to day operations and have seen the company go from a small portfolio property holder to owning most of Hyde Park in just a few years. Their aquisitions are obviously strategic and will capitalize in the booming resurgance of urban housing demand.
Cons
Typical growing pains of a rapidly up-and-coming company, unneccesary and often redundant "consultants" being brought in from outside, disconnect between corporate and ground level as the company takes on more and more projects. The implementation of more and more corporate structure, while understandably neccessary, has diminished the warmth that comes with working in a smaller firm.
