From my experience working here so far I don't have any cons for this workplace. When compared to past jobs I've had in the civil engineering industry MacKay Spostio surpasses them all. This company cares about its employees and works hard to make sure they are happy with their work and environment. The HR department checks in with employees regularly and has one of the best HR managers I've had the pleasure of working with. I would highly recommend MacKay Sposito to any of my colleagues looking to better their work life.
