There are no cons to working here

In all honesty… I can not think of any.

Working here was one of the most disturbing experiences of my professional life. The management culture is not just toxic , it is abusive, lawless, and actively harmful. From top leadership down to local supervisors, there is a complete disregard for employee wellbeing, legal standards, and human decency. Blatant discrimination is a daily occurrence. Employees are targeted based on ,sexual orientation , appearance, race, age, medical status whatever management decides to fixate on that day. Sexual harassment is rampant, especially among management , and it’s treated as normal behavior. Your privacy regarding medical crisis, bereavements or even serious accidents that are personal are not kept confidential. If you’re not part of their inner circle , meaning you’re not sleeping with them or socially interacting you’re treated like trash, bullied, and pushed out. Favoritism runs every aspect of the business. Promotions, scheduling, and even basic respect are based entirely on personal relationships ,not performance. If you’re disliked by management, you’re harassed until you either quit or break down. And don’t bother going to HR, it’s a complete farce. Every complaint is rerouted back to the exact people you’re trying to report, making retaliation easy and inevitable. This company fosters a culture of fear, control, and exploitation. No one is safe here , not emotionally, not professionally, and sometimes, not even physically. It is not an exaggeration to call this place abusive. No job is worth what you will go through here. Leadership has extremely poor communication skills no emotional intelligence or empathy . If you have a concern, or an unavoidable guest situation requesting them specifically they avoid confrontation at all costs by hiding in the office or pretending to be busy, usually followed by ridicule , name calling, criticism, and shaming you behind your back to other coworkers. If you value your mental health, your dignity, or your rights as a worker, stay as far away as possible, especially if you are a minority
