Pros

An incredible environment in which to work. The people are amazing and there are many opportunities to acquire new skills. The values and the mission of the company are of the upmost importance to management.

Cons

The biggest con is Salary Compensation. It is very hard to increase your salary even if you take on a new position with added responsibility.
