Pros
Good pay if you can beat out your fellow employees. Assuming the recovery reporting is honest and accurate. The lack of transparency makes that feel like a big if anymore.
Cons
This place is exhausting. Every day you grind and no matter how hard you grind, it might not translate to more pay. The workload just gets more and more each day. And while analysts are struggling to compete against each other for their livelihood, we are constantly being pulled away from the work that earns us money and being turned into call center employees. I don't know who has the time to make all these massive recoveries. Everyone is upset and overworked. The tone deaf CEO holds these constant "town hall" meetings in which we are forced to meet all the hundreds of new people that have been hired to see the beneficiaries of our pay cuts. Everything about subro just feels like an afterthought. It seems like the company is content to forge into the future with AI or outsourcing. I cant imagine our clients are happy at all. This company is on a path to losing all the hard-working employees who made this company what it is today. Enough of us are going to leave and the fed-up clients will leave too. I don't know if management is unaware of how upset all the employees are or if they just don't care. I bet there are maybe 10 or 15 happy analysts out of the 275 people (if there's that many) left in our department. This company is going down the drain, but im sure the Venture Capatalists who bought us out have made a nice profit along the way at our expense. The extreme micromanagement leaves everyone feeling like they are being treated like children. If you're thinking of applying, do yourself a favor and just dont.
