That’s not the culture we aim to build or the environment we want anyone to feel part of. We value open discussion, debate, and technical rigor—but never at the expense of psychological safety or respectful communication. While it’s true that we have a group of early team members who’ve been here a long time, and therefore have a lot of knowledge - but our engineering culture has become more inclusive and more welcoming to diverse perspectives as we’ve grown and scaled our teams, and we also have invested a lot of effort to document institutional knowledge so information is accessible to everyone. We understand that not every experience at a fast-growing startup will be positive, and we’re committed to learning from tough feedback.
