no support, no benefits, poor hours, untrained managers, lots of stress, no stability, no compassion, poor pay, poor hours, no help, no support and no honesty.

Pros

they are very aware of the need for work/life balance and were very supportive when my husband was sick. I felt like I was fairly paid and treated well by management.

Cons

It is very difficult to get the supplies needed to repair the units and tough to get feedback on odd issues due to the short schedule that they work,
