The tenants, the tenants, the tenants

Cons

Upper management are very young and none are experienced in office management let alone being a district or regional manager. They tend to have a "clique" in the office and will throw you under the bus if you do not follow their agenda. Will change the rules per employee regardless of what is in the handbook.

they are very aware of the need for work/life balance and were very supportive when my husband was sick. I felt like I was fairly paid and treated well by management.

Cons

It is very difficult to get the supplies needed to repair the units and tough to get feedback on odd issues due to the short schedule that they work,
